Fiṭra is the innate disposition of the human being. The primordial state we are born into, before society shapes what we believe and what we want. It carries simplicity, modesty, and purity.
For many people, the mixed-gym environment creates an uncomfortable tension. Revealing clothing, unwanted attention, and music can make training feel at odds with their values. Even those who try to lower their gaze may find themselves repeatedly placed in a situation they would rather avoid.
FITRA addresses the environment itself. Men and women train in separate spaces, allowing modesty to be built into the facility rather than treated as a private struggle. With the distractions removed, what remains is the training and the intention behind it.
